HOW TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases through the site www.AYOUNIK.com you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Purchase on the site is available only to individuals and others who meet the AYOUNIK terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to AYOUNIK, whose applications are acceptable to AYOUNIK and who have authorised AYOUNIK to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase (see Payment). Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. AYOUNIK reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and SHOUROUK will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you.
AYOUNIK reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.
Furthermore, AYOUNIK may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. AYOUNIK will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Paypal, AMEX. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by AYOUNIK. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to AYOUNIK, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES-
AYOUNIK offers delivery to more than 100 countries around the world as indicated on the order form. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 72 hours, however, please allow up to 8 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.
Your order will be shipped once:
i) Payment has been approved.
ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.
iii) Shipping to Venezuela: Shippings inside Venezuela are done with ZOOM, paying in destination. The client will be contacted to define the ZOOM office they’d like their order shipped to aswell as other requirements. // Los envíos a Venezuela se hacen a través de ZOOM con la modalidad de cobro en destino. In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which both these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.
AYOUNIK insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days. We will exchange or substitute it. (Otherwise we do not return items, or exchange styles)
To arrange a return, if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please emailus to info@AYOUNIK.com quoting your name and address, details of the product (style ref.), the reason for return.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).
AYOUNIK offers a free repair for damaged items within 3 months from the purchase date. In order to arrange the return shipping, please contact info@AYOUNIK.com and inform us with the style ref. and the date of purchase. Please be also aware that any shipping/duties and taxes fee is under your own responsibility. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
